PUBLIC BNA QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS: Normally at 7 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday in February, April, August and November at the Northwest Community Center, 5110 Franklin Ave., just west of the Franklin Library (parking on south side). Meetings typically feature speakers, police reports, door prizes and food, and all meetings are open to the public. Meeting information is published in The Sidewalk and announced via email.
